Every person has a dream. Some realize it some don’t. Often people keep on following others' footstep and tends to forget what was theirs. It’s not bad, following someone. What’s bad is not finding yourself in that process. Ever since I was little and I learned to understand the world, I started asking myself a question. “What’s my goal here?”
I always had this thing in me, my gut feeling, I trust it. Because I believe that if you don’t believe in yourself, how can you move forward? And how can you possibly make others believe? Once you know that, you can make people believe in themselves, you will reach a certain pinnacle in life. That’s somewhere everyone should reach once in their lifetime. To make people feel.
Always asking myself about my goal, made me realize the most important thing in life. And so, I ask you, “Who are you?”
If you can understand the meaning of this question, Congratulations. You have understood life. And now you can finally live it to the fullest. That’s great, but that’s not where I stop. I will keep going as long as my body tends to. There is this saying, “Aim for the moon and land in the stars”, I double that. Why? I am a football fanatic. I always tried to manage people to play the game, look for potential players to form a good team. That’s where I understood a trait, I have in me. I tend to lead the team. Not just with my words and giving them instructions, rather participating to the fullest. To even get a player out of his safe zone to get him up to his gears more than he imagined. Why would I do such a thing? Because I trust my instincts. If my instincts were wrong, we could go back. One important thing I believe is that just because you initiated doesn’t always mean that you should be part of that always. Do you know why? Because there will be people better than you and you will have to acknowledge this because that’s the truth.
Acknowledgment is key. To be a better person, than a leader, you need to understand the people around you. Get their logic, what they want and expect. If this is not considered crucial, I don’t know what does. Everyone should learn to accept. This will help a person grow. If you just grow in age, it doesn’t matter. What matters is how mature you are in taking decisions. And before taking a decision, you need to think. You need to think hard. Because once it's fixed, it will tend to remain there.
So, therefore, I know I want to lead, I thought about this for a long time. I want to lead a team, not a team of crazy intellectuals. Rather a team who knows the game understands it. Because I believe, “Everything is possible, all we need is a little push”
